How to vote

  1. Starting at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 15 until 8 p.m. on Monday, October 24, Newmarket residents can vote 24 hours a day from anywhere by using any internet-connected PC or mobile device, touch-tone telephone, including limited in-person opportunities (by appointment only at the Town of Newmarket Municipal Office – 395 Mulock Drive. To make an appointment, please call the Election Helpline at 905-953-5152).

  2. You will receive a Voter Instruction Letter by mail in early October which contains your unique Voting PIN and information to cast your ballot. If you do not receive a Voter Instruction Letter, please call the Election Helpline at 905-953-5152.

  3. To access your ballot, visit the web address or call the telephone number indicated on the Voter Instruction Letter.

  4. To begin voting, you will need to enter your Voting PIN and date of birth.
